In Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) Aarakocra are humanoid birds with features similar to eagles or other large birds of prey. Aarakocra have feathered bodies, wings, and taloned feet, and they typically live in high mountainous regions.

Bards are one of the core character classes in the game and have been present in every edition of D&D.
