Some Axolotl characters for your to use in your D&D campaigns!
In Dungeons and Dragons (D&D), these Axolotl humanoids are created when regular Axolotls are exposed to magic. They come in a variety of colors, and their highly permeable skin allows them to breathe underwater. Small in stature, they stand around 3 feet tall and possess the ability to see in the dark!
Their gentle nature makes them excellent healers and companions, though they are not without their own form of defense. When threatened, they can release a cloud of mucus that disorients their enemies, allowing them to escape or prepare for combat. They are often found living in secluded underwater communities, where they thrive in harmony with nature, but some venture out into the world to seek knowledge or aid others in need. Their connection to magic is deep, making many of them natural spellcasters or druids.
